Flintlock Pistol Skin Mixer Problem

Hello, I watched the Sea of Thieves stream on a Microsoft Account that was already linked to my Xbox Account prior to the stream taking place and watched the
stream for over 15 minutes and I have not received the skin that was advertised. I posted this asking for help in resolving this and got a response that was not only unhelpful, but then they locked the thread so I could no longer respond as if
the issue had been resolved. No, it has not been resolved. I did everything that the event asked and I didn't get the reward I was promised. I would appreciate it if someone could actually provide some help instead of dismissing my issue entirely for no reason.

Missing flintlock skin - Sea of Thieves

I haven't recieved my ebony flintlock pistol skin on Sea of thieves from the mixer stream.

I have not received my Flintlock pistol skin for watching the Sea of Thieves Mixer stream on March 22.

Thank you for reaching out to us. The mixer account was created on the 23rd and the stream would have had to have been watched live on 22nd. This would mean that you were watching the stream on demand and would not qualify for this promotion. Now that you're
account is linked, just be sure to tune into the stream live as it's airing.

 

Butt it can't have been. I know for a fact I was watching on the 22nd at 7:30pm MST (which was the last half hour of the stream) because I looked back in my discord messages to when my friend mentioned the event to me and linked the Twitter post. I'm really
confused about why this is even happening. It seems like something in the Microsoft infrastructure has to be broken, because I know I was there on the 22nd and logged into my Microsoft Account on Mixer. This is incredibly frustrating for
me to read because I know what I did and none of this is lining up. I can PM you the email address that I logged in with (which has been linked to this gamertag for probably almost a decade) or something I don't really know what to do, but I'm pretty upset
that I'm being denied something I have a right to just because something in the Microsoft infrastructure is broken.

 

Also please stop saying things along the lines of "we hope you participate in future Mixpots" or "Be sure to tune in when it's live" because why would I ever participate in another of these events when Microsoft has given me less than no confidence that
they actually work? I understand you're probably being told to say things like that by your supervisor or whatever, but you have to know how much of a slap in the face statements like that are to someone who has participated and got shafted by the
system for some unfathomable reason.

 

I can even post the discord conversation between my friend and I after work, I just need to get his permission first.

Still waiting for help with this. Is timezone not being taken into account when this data is looked at? Because 7:30pm MST on the 22nd is well into the 23rd in many timezones.

This is the discord chat between my friend (I censored names and swears) and I, it's clearly dated the 22nd, and clearly mentioning that I logged in with my Microsoft Account and that I watched the stream until the end. Please fix your broken system.
