Flintlock Pistol From Sea Of thieves stream

Hey i have a question regarding the pistol. I am aware that the "handout" of the pistol was gonna take some time. But now its been quite some of time. I made a ticket with rare about it and they forwarded me here.

I watched the stream with a new Mixer account and i did the linking and unlinking of the Microsoftaccount according to the instructions as the stream was going on.

My gamertag is and the email connected to the tag and Mixer account is
[Mod Removed]

So now im asking to see if anyone here can help me with this issue.

Missing flintlock skin - Sea of Thieves

I haven't recieved my ebony flintlock pistol skin on Sea of thieves from the mixer stream.

Hi there Berf Jiggy, thanks for reaching out.

You may have been experiencing this issue when there was an issue with DLC for Sea of Thieves occurring at the time.

To check, visit your armory chest (on board your ship our outside the weapon shop) and equip a Flintlock pistol. Do you see the Ebon Flintlock pistol available to you within that menu?

To check, when you view your
Order History while signed into your account, what do you see there? Do you see the Sea of Thieves Mixpot item (Ebon Flintlock pistol) and Black Dog Pack?

Also, when in Sea of Thieves, if you visit the Armory Chest on your boat or next to the weapons shop, do you see the Flintlock there?

If you see the Ebon Flintlock pistol and Black Dog Pack in your Order History, that means that it has applied to your account.

The Sea of Thieves team has included an issue with some players not being able to see their downloadable content in game via the

Patch Notes- 1.0.2 released today. This issue is being looked into and they did include a potential workaround.

In the meantime, please keep an eye out for updates via the
Sea of Thieves Twitter or via the
official Sea of Thieves site. We appreciate your patience with this.

I clicked on order history and it said Sea of Thieves Ebon Flintlock and on the right, it said completed.

I just checked my armory chest, and I didn't see it there.

In my order history it says SoT CCU 01. Not sure if thats what you're talking about, but other than that and the Ebon Flintlock I mentioned earlier thats all I see.

Thanks for that info. If you did not pre-order Sea of Thieves, we're afraid you would not be eligible for the Black Dog pack.

For the Ebon Flintlock pistol, you're not seeing that available to you in either armory chest within the game (ship or weapons shop)? Are you able to send us a screenshot of what you see when you open the chest and look at your weapons options for the Flintlock
pistol?
