Flight Simulator Toolbar Issue

The product is called Microsoft Flight Simulator. You as an official Microsoft representative should be able to help. I take personal offense in your reply since you are implying that "my bug", as you so politely said, is something now that is my fault. The Game, your product, is unplayable across several consoles. It is not...... "my bug". And besides I wouldn't be contacting you if I hadn't already posted this in the official flight sim forum.
