Flight Simulator - Files there, but can't play.

I've been having problems with my Flight Simulator for months now. It was working before the updates, and now it's not working. I can't even uninstall it from y computer. I can't find the directory or the files related to the Flight Simulator.

About your last question, if you try deleting the folder as usual you receive an error. Right?

If that's the case you may need to take ownership of the folder.
Do this:

Press Windows + E and go to the drive where game is installed. (D

Enter to XboxGames folder and right click on it and select properties > Go to the Security tab and select Advanced:

Click on Continue in the Permissions tab > Select Change > Click Advanced in the Select User or Group window, then Find now:

Select your user account and click on Ok > Click on Ok and Apply on every window and close them.

Now you can delete the folder
(Restart your PC if necessary)

Thanks for the update. About my second question, I meant :

If you hit on the install button, the download starts from the scratch?

If yes, that means you need to download the game again :c

As far as I know the Xbox app is going to think that you're using a new PC (that's the normal thing when you reinstall windows)
And as the game "license" is attached to the "previously" PC, the app is not going to recognize the existing files on D: file

Not sure if this related clearly enough to my current thread here, and since I'd marked it as answered I thought I'd create another one. But my issue now is the message 'We couldn't set your default save location.' when trying to change the save location.

If you could help here too - since I've come to understanding with your abilities - I would be overly impressed.
