    We are having a Flight Simulator error code on our PC. We have tried to launch the game from the store but continue to get the same error code. Error code: 0x80070002

    Today Microsoft Flight Simulator was upgraded and now it fails on startup with the same error code.

    No error code appears when you try to start the game?

    I think that worth reinstalling Windows at this point.
    The other option is report this problem to the flight simulator team if you want to skip that

    Flight Simulator X isn't. That is an old game. However Microsoft Flight Simulator is.
