    Flight Simulator disappeared from drive


    I just had my C drive SSD replaced with a larger one. I had Flight Simulator installed on its own separate 1TB SSD. When I got the computer back Flight Simulator was missing from its drive. How do I go about reinstalling it?

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums! Are you having issues actually playing the game or are you just inquiring about install paths? For installation inquiries I am linking the Flight Simulator Support page concerning "Installation for all versions" All versions - Can I choose or change the installation path? (Install on the D: drive instead of the C: drive for instance) – Microsoft Flight Simulator Support (zendesk.com) .     Re-install of MSFS can't get past available space complaint.

    If you search the game using the Windows button > start typing "Flight simulator" are you able to see a result or nothing ?

    If it's the first, please right click on it and delete it. Probably the current installation is corrupted.

    If it's the second. If you go to the drive selected to install the drive before, then enter to the WindowsApps or XboxGames folder. Are you able to see a folder related to flight simulator?

    Flight Simulator X isn't. That is an old game. However Microsoft Flight Simulator is.
