Flight simulator crashing after a couple of minutes

Flight simulator keeps crashing after a couple of minutes of using. In the menu it can last hours, but three minutes of flight, and it's gone, no matter the safe mode.

Only a half of the RAM is occupied, CPU and GPU usage is around 90%. My virtual memory is set to ~32 gigs, so I have 64 gigs of memory together, of which 8 goes to the VRAM, because the dedicated VRAM is a bit few.

Computer is slightly overclocked with voltage turbo, but never had an error with any other game or software.

Hi,

We need to know more about the spec of your PC, what type of PC, laptop/desktop and what CPU and GPU you have.

Also, virtual memory is not the same as real RAM, increasing it won't give you 64GB on a 32GB machine. GPU's can't use virtual memory.

VRAM is either dedicated graphics memory attached to a dedicated graphics processor/card uses or system RAM on PCs that have an integrated GPU.

I see, the problem with clips crashing only happens with microsoft flight simulator?

Thanks for the reply but I have tried that and it didn't worked for me.

But i uninstalled the game and removed temporary game files and re-installed the Visual C++ redistributable files and it appears to have fixed the problem of crashing. (keep in mind i'm still running the game on medium settings)
