    Purchased from BestBuy today MSFS 2020 delux premium edition, as promised 30 mins later received via email

    redemption code and link to download.......on second try it was accepted and I clicked the install ...nothing happened, it

    directed me to an upsell of games........logged off tried again and response was that Code was already redeemed,

    How can I get this rectified and finally get my download......Just want to fly...........
