    Flight Simulator 2020 Stuck on Intro Video Loop


    I tried starting Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 today on my PC. It loads, the intro video plays that says "Press any key to start", I press a key, the screen goes black, it thinks for a few seconds, and then the intro video starts again. I can't get past
    this and play the game. I've tried restarting my computer and the game, but nothing works. The contact numbers Microsoft provides aren't working for Canada right now, and their online chat tells me they doesn't support these issues through chat. Does anyone
    have any idea of how to fix this? The game was working for a number of days before this.

    Resolved the issue by closing the Xbox app, restarting it, and then logging in again.
