    Flight Simulator 2020 Premium/Marketplace access lost after changing Microsoft Account...


    Hi, I'm having a strange issue with FS2020 after changing the primary alias for my Microsoft account (for...reasons I won't go into in here).

    The change seems to be ok, I re-logged in where I needed to, but when opening Flight Simulator, something seems to be wrong with regard to accessing the additional content beyond base game.

    The Xbox app on Windows confirms that I own Premium Deluxe:

    When launching the game, it apparently starts correctly, although it opens this window that I didn't use to get before (except maybe the very first run months ago:

    The account alias in the top right is obscured above, but it is the new primary alias that I switched to and not the old one.

    After pressing "Let's Play" it loads to this main menu:

    As you can see, Marketplace access is disabled, so are the two user-related buttons in the top right, and the game seems to find no servers.

    Trying to start a new flight I don't see any Premium or Deluxe aircrafts/airports, only the Basic ones, and "online" features (for example live traffic) don't work.

    I know it's related to the changed alias. If I revert the change, FS is back to working normally (I have switched back and forth a couple of times to check)....but I'd prefer not to do that.

    Any ideas on how else to proceed?

    Should I try a re-install of FS2020? Or maybe there's some other reference to the old account alias somewhere that is causing there issues and can be edited/reset?

    well as not having the ability to replay your flight, kind of makes me miss Flight Simulator X. Flight Simulator 2020 should not make me feel that way. I love Microsoft for creating Flight Simulator and that will not change. However, I am not loving this release
    of Flight Simulator 2020 Premium Deluxe the way I thought I would. The inability to open additional windows from the main window with the option to select whatever camera views( in the previous Flight Simulator X and prior) and to have REPLAY is kind of a
    hard pill to swallow. Please let me know what the Microsoft Team plans to do regarding these 2 loved features?
