Flight Simulator 2020 isn't loading textures properly

So, when i installed this game by gamepass like 2 months ago, all buildings was loading as they should, i mean they was 3D and had type of hitboxes etc.

When my game pass ended i did format of my PC (28 Nov) and installed mfs 2020 same day and when i played this game first time i wanted to fly over my hometown and it was completely flat. Otherwise with big towns i've been (LA,NY) there are 100% 3D buildings
in center of the NY and LA. Also i took flight over Warsaw and it was 100% flat, it wasn't couple weeks ago.

Can someone help?

Did you manage to fix this yourself? I've played this game a little today. I flew over Warsaw (Poland) and Washington DC. No issues.

Have you looked at the options screen and the data options? You have have turned off or reached in-game data limit (if you've enabled such a limit).
