The Dell XPS range of laptops don't have dedicated graphics processors as far as I'm aware of.

As stated by [Farscape], the minimum is a GTX 770. The graphics hardware in a Dell XPS range depending on its age, could be anything from Intel HD Graphics 520 (2015 model) to Intel Iris Plus (2020 model), neither of which are dedicated graphics hardware
for modern games.

Without a dedicated graphics chip, Flight Simulator 2020 won't run.

You can play Flight Simulator 2020 on a laptop, but it needs to be a laptop designed for gaming with dedicated graphics hardware from either NVIDIA or AMD.

As per the above specs, it's not going to run on that laptop as it lacks a dedicated graphics card. Also, a Core i3 1115G4 processor is only a dual core CPU. Flight Simulator 2020 is very heavy on CPU utilisation, a dual core won't cut it either.

For running MSFS2020 on a laptop, you'd need a machine practically double that price and a dedicated graphics card.

Flight Simulator 2020 is a very, very demanding game and you need a very high end gaming PC to run it. I'm playing on a 8th gen i7 8700 and an RTX 2080 and I can just about get 60 fps @ 1080p with high graphics.
