I take it the game was working prior to you installing Update V? Just making sure your PC specs are good enough

Are your graphics card drivers up-to-date? Go to the respective manufacturer of the graphics card and they should have a download area. If it is an NVIDIA graphics card, I would, when installing, choose custom install and then deselect the audio driver...it has a history of being problematic.

I would also check that your Windows is also up-to-date

Beyond that, might be worth having a look at the official Flight SImulator forum (I can't find any way to change it from English so may need to be opened in a browser that can auto-translate if needed):

For information: Whilst the OP posted in the Xbox part of the forum, I believe they are using a PC as they mentioned Update V which was a PC update released in June....the XBox version only released the last 2 days and I can't imagine they have released 5 updates yet.
