Flight Simulator 2020 - Elevator trim is frozen for all aircraft

FS worked great for 1 day. Now the elevator pitch trim is frozen on all airplanes. It is locked and can't be adjusted by any method - keyboard or controller or in cockpit mouse action. I've tried restarting the program and rebooting windows on my i7 windows
10 machine. I've tried reassigning the controls.

Mid flight, trim completely drops the nose.

Hands off HOTAS, at my side, and suddenly, BOOM, drops like a rock.

I've only been flying the Cessna 152, but can't figure out what is causing this bug.

Think its a bug. If I adjust the trim, AP and NAV before cruising the trim goes bananas.

It might be a bug. I have mine on a roller input which is basically spamming clicking the pitch up or down button. If I click like 50 times I get 0.1 in adjustment, so it works, but is extremely slow.

Problem is sporadic but still happens. Seems to happen more when using AP. Hope it gets fixed with next update.

I'm a total newb and just installed it with a thrustmaster warthog hotas today. I can't complete the first tutorial. I start flying and and when I attempt to turn it points my nose down. I can correct by pulling the stick back 3/4 to level, but as soon
as I try to turn again, nose goes down and I crash into the suburbs.

Side note, pulling the stick back often reorients the cockpit camara to my controls rather than out the window. Rather annoying.
