    I have a new Surface Pro 7 laptop and also just purchased the new Flight Simulator 2020 Deluxe Edition. I seemed to load (although slowly) but it will not run. It loads but graphically is seems bogged down! Is there an issue with the graphic card. Will
    the Steam version run OK?? Can I get a trade in for the PC version and load the Steam version?

    Hi,

    I hate to tell you, but your Surface Pro 7 can't run this game. Not even the top of the range Pro 7 can run it. The main reason being that the Surface Pro 7 doesn't have a dedicated graphics card. Its graphics (Intel Iris plus) is built into the CPU. The
    Iris plus is only capable of playing quite basic games.

    The system requirements are the same for the steam version, I'm afraid it won't work either.

    Your only real option now is to request a refund. Sorry.

    Microsoft Surface Pro 3 QL2-00015, 12-inch, Intel Core i5-4300U, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD with Keyboard (Renewed)

    Does this have a chance to running Flight Simulator successfully?
