Flight simulator 2020 crashes, pc shuts down

I’ve paid twice and neither one works, i get no cds and have a high end pc , core i9 2080 ti etc and flight sim will not run, its fully down loaded but will not load so i can fly, my pc shuts down with no warning, its as if the power gets turned
off. Any one else have this problem, any help will be appreciated. Windows updated all done, uninstalled and reinstalled but problem persists.

I have the same rebooting issue with an 850W power supply on an i9-9900K with a 2080 Super. I thought it might be memory related so i installed new 32G ram, and still the same issue. Added more case fans and still the same issue. Something else is going
on here.

check event viewer for crashes, if none listed and is just shutting down i used to get that when the psu did not like a sudden power draw and used to poop itself.

Thank you, im going to have my power supply checked and upgraded, i think this will be the problem, thanks man.

I find it does this if i set any gaphics settings above the medium settings, i was led to believe a 2080 ti was enough to use full graphics settings.

Last night on full medium settings i was able to take off from JF kennedy airport but it shut the pc down as i neared the city center, but i can usually fly less populated areas with no problems.

if you have no market place or no live weather or if your server is stuck on automatic, just close fs 2020, then go to x-box console, ( i had to install it) and once x-box console is open just sign out and sign back in then restart fs 2020. Its been fixing
the weather issue for some. It worked for me, i now have live weather again

I ordered a second card and a bridge and an i core 10980x with 46 threads so im hoping i can get into some ultra settings with that. 1200w power supply too, top end cooling 3 fan and all the extra fans i can put into it.

Turn off firewall on your pc when playing the game. Also disable your anti virus software
