    I bought the new MS Flight Simulator 2020 on DVDs. I installed it on my ten-year-old PC and the installation and activation went fine.

    However, when I ran the programme, I realised my PC was totally inadequate to the task even on lowest settings. I therefore bought a high spec gaming laptop yesterday and spent the next five hours installing the DVD content onto my new machine.

    When I went to the MS Store and tried to activate it with the code I received on the card, I was told that the code had already been used. I uninstalled the FS on my PC so as not to have it installed on more than one machine.

    Your assistance would be very much appreciated. What can I do to activate the flight simuklator on my new gaming laptop?
