    Flight Sim - wont allow me to Login to Microsoft Live


    I am trying to play Flight Simulator and once opening I tried to put in my Microsoft Live Login information. Had to reset my password and after doing so this is the message I still receive. I am unable to login and play game.

    "Something went wrong

    There is a problem with your Microsoft account. To fix this, sign in to account.live.com from a browser."

    Any assistance appreciated!

    To check what's going on with the Microsoft account, you will need to contact the online support because no one here has the ability to check your account (for security reasons).

    Access Contact us | Xbox Support. Follow the instructions after clicking on the green button "Contact us" and choose to get help either from an online chat agent or request a callback. Make sure the region on the support website is set to your correct region in order not to find issues with the steps.

    Would you please try to log in into your Microsoft account here: Microsoft account website. If you are getting the same error message, then it would be best to contact our live agents to check your account from their end. However, if you are able to log in to your account with no issues, then you might need to check wit the game developer to report the issue. But before doing so, please clear the cache and data from your browser and restart your computer.

    I downloaded Flight Sim. Clicked "lets get you signed in."

    The first time I put in my User information - Password was incorrect so I had to reset password through account.live.com. I closed game out and tried to reopen game. I clicked sign in and after doing so I now get this message "Something went wrong

    There is a problem with your Microsoft account. To fix this, sign in to account.live.com from a browser."

    Would you please provide us with further information regarding this matter. Do you get an error message or error code when you log in to the Microsoft account website on a web browser? Does an error code appear with the error message?

    Microsoft flight simulator insider log in stopped working

    Microsoft Flight Sim is a separate entity from the Xbox Insiders, that's probably why you're post over there got removed because MS Flight Sim has its own Insider login, forums, etc. Therefore, its got nothing to do with the Xbox Insiders Program at all.

    The MS Flight Sim forums may not do you any good right now. I'm also an Insider on their website and can't seem to get logged in either and, using the forums page prompts you to either login or create an account which didn't work for me at all.

    So, since there's no official support contact for the game/website I would recommended asking around for help on the MS Flight Sim reddit website. https://www.reddit.com/r/MicrosoftFlightSim/
