    Hi, We have purchased MSF 2020 via steam.

    We installed the launcher and when we press play we get a page opening and it goes black with a square around it first then just blank. Any ideas please help!!

    What did you redeem it on steam or xbox for pc

    If older then 2020 then you need to download it via steam since older versions are not available except on steam

    Assuming that's the game in question

    You have to use the marketplace that you are using whenever it's xbox or steam

    Sorry no luck. I uninstalled the Flight Sim Labs, FSX steam went okay. Yet when I install the Flight Sim Lab, it crashed again.
