    Hello

    after FS 2020 installation the software suggested graphic level 'high end'

    Unfortunately FS crash after few minutes with a blank screen

    Only workaroud I found is reduce graphic level to 'medium'

    This is my PC config, I though more than enough to support FS 2020 !!

    Here are the recomended specs for low/meduim/high settings. From what it looks like your gpu isnt the best for running the Flight sim on meduim or high settings.

    yes I saw those specifications but should go slower..do not crash.

    I have a similar configuration like yours except GPU RX590 and I had a very similar problem. Crash with Blank Screen

    I was using raccomended graphical level (high end)

    Decreasing to 'medium' now works withouth crash

    Just as a heads up, the black screen is normal.

    It should be green splash, black screen then dashboard.

    After a system update, the black screen can remain for a few minutes before you see anything.
