    Hello, how do I fix black flickering screen on my 1080p monitor that I use on my Xbox One X? It happens everytime I turn on the Xbox One X I already unchecked YCC 4:2:2 and the problem still persist. Does this have anything to do with the new update to support
    1440p monitor? Because from launch until the latest update I did not have this problem. Thanks.

    Heya!

    Are you using the HDMI cable that came with the console and does this happen with any other TVs or Monitors?

    If you set the color space to PC RGB do you see a change?

    Post back with a photo of your video settings on the console and we can take a deeper look!

    having similar issues with mine. Had to reset the display settings to 480p to even see the screen, now anything over 720p cuts out and I can't see the screen the majority of the time it is on.

    Do you think this have anything to do with the 1440p monitor support update? Some games I played were out of bound resolution too. Like Diablo III and Injustice 2.

    I don't think so, I ended up getting a hold of customer service after my scorpio pretty much became a $500 paper weight. I explained what was going on to customer service and they expedited me a replacement console. That was last month, I just emailed them
    again since now the new one is doing the same thing except the screen is flashing white this time instead of black... so here we go again...

    I don't think so, I ended up getting a hold of customer service after my scorpio pretty much became a $500 paper weight. I explained what was going on to customer service and they expedited me a replacement console. That was last month, I just emailed them
    again since now the new one is doing the same thing except the screen is flashing white this time instead of black... so here we go again...

    You talk about going black but have flickering on Topic.

    There was an official Problem with HDR Flickering on that TVs and Xbox but that should be fixed a time ago
    The screen flickers when HDR or HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Colour is on in the TV, after a while of flickering it goes black, then the TV loses the signal from the Xbox. That's
    my problem.

    If I deactivate HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Colour, then there's no more flickering and no more black screen.

    Well it isn't fixed yet, I'm 100% sure I am on the latest firmware on both the LG C9 and the Xbox One X.
