    Flawed Xbox live reputation system


    I have been reading about how the xbox reputation system has been negatively affecting overwatch players who choose certain characters during competitive play. I purchased overwatch with my own $60 and truely enjoy playing Winston, Symmetra and Zennyatta
    but certain players I get plaaced with often complain that I am "throwing" the game because of my character choices. they talk about how many accounts they have and how they are going to report me with all of their accounts along witht their friends so I can
    no longer play competitive overwatch. Mind you I have been in the top 3% in overwatch so I am by no means throwing any matches and truely care about my rank. This initially happened to my account "" so I was forced to create a new account "waaazzzzzzzaaaa"
    which last night went from good player straight to avoid me....... I am extremely fustrated that I can no longer play a game in which I truely enjoy and was wondering if anyone has heard of a solution to this besides playing world of tanks until your reputation
    gets better. I really do not want to switch over to PS4 but if I am unable to play these games that I pay $60 for because immature people take advantage of the reputation system then I might be forced to make the switch. Microsoft I have been a loyal xbox
    player since the original xbox came out (one of the biggest Halo fans), and truely do not deserve both of my accounts to be on avoid me.... please help me out and fix the reputation system expecially for overwatch which seems to be the game with the most abuse
    of the system.

    The reputation system on Xbox Live is totally flawed and messed up. It's hurting good and nice players who are on Xbox Live and the reputation system is just not working. It has to be scrapped. If it's not going to be fixed, people will eventually stop playing
    on Xbox Live and switch to PC, PS4 or Nintendo. I have had it, and I cannot deal with this anymore. Either scrap the Reputation System or I'm gonna be off to PlayStation.

    So basically anybody can file a "FALSE" complaint against anyone and impact their ability to find multiplayer games.

    If they are not verified, how does this protect players that are not doing anything wrong?

    No Colic it is not. The problem here is that this is an enforcement issue, and not something that support can help with. Those that are having this issue need to post in the uservoice forum I linked. That is the best way to help bring the situation to light,
    and those posts get voted on by users like yourself. Before you add another post to that section, look to see if there has been a post already set up and vote on that one.

    As stated in the enforcement team site: Your reputation score will have an effect on many aspects of your online experience including who you are matched with, the reputation of your Xbox Live party, and your ability to communicate with others on the Xbox
    Live service.

    The first thing you’ll want to do is to review the Code of Conduct. Make sure you’re being polite and treating other players with respect while you’re on Xbox Live. There are a number of actions you can take to improve your reputation score, but the fastest
    way to improve your score is to play online multiplayer matches without receiving negative feedback.

    So in general be a good sport and enjoy gaming!
