Flawed reputation system plz help

Ive been on xbox for 8+ years and been gaming for 20+ And been playing Overwatch religiously since it came out and ive never had a bad rep. Im not famous or a pro but ive play with/against probably tens of thousands of people with almost non of them viewing
me negatively. But when i started taking overwatch more serious i.e. (playing the **** out of comp) and grinding for masters or gm but doing it with my favorite character widow it took two months to get a negative reputation TWO months out of 8 years on xbox
for people to report me as ,unsporting - 21 times but i always play to win never trash talk or greif, and cheating - 8 times i cant even afford decent clothes and food everyday let alone cheats. I had to not join vioce comms because everytime i locked in widow
i got hate and told to switch and all other manner of abuse because "widow sux on console your gonna rekt stupid noob xd". But i dont always get countered, console player are slow to adapt im not if they have winston, genji, dva, and tracer odds are imma switch
dont need voice comm to do that. I get all the blame when my team cant follow through with a pick stating "this widow is trash we gonna lose gg". Anyway i dont where else to go ive tried to raise my rep but everyone is saying i need to wait it out which could
take months until then i have to play cod or bf (rich that their communities are becoming less toxic than overwatch). I want to play overwatch i have 300+ hours in this game and i want to put in more but if i recover my good rep how long until some kid decides
that im trash and deserve a report for cheating or unsporting. Many people in the Xbox Overwatch community that main off meta heros expirence the same thing I am and ive had to make a smurf just to play the game i paid for and love. Tldr; playing mostly widow
and junkrat for season 4 got a bad rep on xbox wont let me play anygame mode until im back in green I wish to have my rep restored to its original standing or atleast a chance to plead my case thnx for any help.

P.s. I never once recieved a notice that i was being put in avoid me status i just got on and bam avoid me cant play online just an fyi

The rep system is broken and needs attention I feel like a retard paying for services and a system that dont give a good goddamn if i play well or not and they dont care as long as they get theirs. Real **** this is making me hate microsoft/xbox as a whole
and making me understand that pc and to a lesser extent ps4 players dont have to deal with this broken af "feature" and it dosent matter how strong your system is if you treat your player like **** they are gonna leave.

Flawed Reputation System

So basically anybody can file a "FALSE" complaint against anyone and impact their ability to find multiplayer games.

If they are not verified, how does this protect players that are not doing anything wrong?

i have been put on avoid me rep for no reason, you play with characters you like and if there not meta people give you bad rep, you beat them you get bad rep, i have had my account for 13 years paying a yearly gold membership and i think its a disgrace that
i cant play because immature people giving bad rep for no reason and i want something done about it
