Flawed Preview app?

Hello all,

I was on support with Xbox Support chat and it was suggested that I post this. The explanation for the Preview app is in the following:

I would like to add that I think the Xbox Preview App is flawed

The flaw with the app is how the initial people were chosen to get the app. It seems that the majority of people who have it are Xbox employees and only a few (in comparison) random people. If the app is really actually meant to serve the community and
make the community a part of improving Xbox, then the app should not be sent to Xbox employees as a majority, but rather the community members that have truly given their loyalty to Xbox and try their hardest to improve the community.

Community members that really want to help Xbox shouldn't have to be lucky enough to have their friend be lucky enough to recieve the app, they should be given the app in the first place.

Reputation System too Flawed

To say this system is flawed is correct, BTW. It's also correct to understand that EVERY system in existence is inherently flawed in some way. The only REAL question is just how flawed is it? My answer to that is simple - it's not flawed enough to warrant
such complaints.

tac insert is really the only counter to this, some maps are even so flawed the other team doesnt even have to move to spawn kill you. A preview cam for spawn points similar to the killcam would work wonders as well as the ability to deny your own tac insert
like in black ops. the preview cam would let you switch once between optional spawns, randomly of course. this way the enemy would NEVER know where you will spawn.

 

Or you could just ask a beta member for am invite

There is a reason for limiting it to certain regions

Bugs can cause issues with consoles and crash or sometimes brick a console

Betas are meeant to test new upcoming features before a bug in the system kills millions of consoles in general release

The beta isnt limited to a few people and ms employees there is a wide variety of people
