Flawed, HUGELY flawed, system that LIVE is for Halo 5

Where do I begin before this gets erased from the boards?

1) *** MUTE doesn't work. Kind of. Maybe 30% of the time. So we can't mute the other players that are 10 years old and singing or fighting with their little brothers or making fart noises, or screaming gibberish, or putting their mics up to the TV.
Or having their dogs bark incessantly for the duration of the 20-25 minute game. Of course, Microsoft has no way to reach them in any meaningful manner, so then one must take time out of their Live game and contact the perpetrators via "message". A simple
**** won't suffice and the children will complain to Xbox, or better yet, their negligent borderline *** drug-addled parents will notify Xbox because while their unsupervised kids were shooting and maiming others in a fantastical surrogate online, someone
had to teach them some manners or courtesy.....with choice letters of the alphabet! No one wants to hear your *** ,people. Unless you are on a team,no one cares about your communications. Everyone, however, remains oblivious.

2) Directly to my second point. So when someone doesn't want to hear all of that *** noise, they leave the game as it is their only discourse. After so many times, you get suspended. Yeah, Microsoft wouldn't want to fix the REAL problems, just forbid
you for doing what YOU paid THEM to do! Leave a game? *** you-suspended for a day!

3) Other reasons to leave a game: How about those games where you go from the lobby to mid-game, with your team being down 200+ points (Yes, this has happened at least 27 times). So what can we do? Leave? Yeah, and then comes the aforementioned suspension
after you do it a few times. Not to mention that when you leave the game, you lose and XP and REQ points, plus whatever bonus you use to earn extra points. Also, when you get stuck on Level 1 weapons for the entire game or at least most of it. The only redemption
is that ALL players are in the same situation, so it is at least a fair, albeit a 45 minute game.

I have more to say, but this won't be on for long, I'm sure, and my fingers hurt.

Reputation System too Flawed

To say this system is flawed is correct, BTW. It's also correct to understand that EVERY system in existence is inherently flawed in some way. The only REAL question is just how flawed is it? My answer to that is simple - it's not flawed enough to warrant
such complaints.

 

New Rep System...

I don't need to demonstrate anything. You cannot prove your claim and neither can anyone else. You dismiss people for believing the system is flawed as in your eyes they need to prove the system is flawed to you. But you cannot prove the system isn't
flawed to them therefore your point is just as invalid using your own logic.

 

Addendum- While trying to get MS/Xbox to review my case, the click to agree on their Terms of Use is busted! Just keeps cycling over and over. Incredible.
