Flashing xbox

Discus and support Flashing xbox in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I just powered up my xbox after being off for 8 hours and it didnt conect to my tv so i found that weird then the xbox logo started flashing in strobes...     I just powered up my xbox after being off for 8 hours and it didnt conect to my tv so i found that weird then the xbox logo started flashing in strobes of 3 i think and it did some sort or hard reset. Should i be worried about this or no?
