Flashing white dots on dashboard and apps

I'm suddenly having some issues with my xbox. When I'm on the homescreen, white speckled dots flash on the black background and some stick on the icons. When i move the selector with my controller the dots react and flash with each movement of the cursor.
Ive triedmy xbox through another tv but still the problem persists. So i know that this is a console issue. ive tried recalibrating my tv and another hdmi cable, but no luck. I can't find any answers on search engines and no one appears to be having the same
problem. Could it be a component issue? it does not do it when watching on netflix or playing games....just on the home creen and when opening apps and viewing achievements etc. PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!! It may be a small problem, but annoying when i have
to use my xbox one for future gaming and it has a potential problem with it.

I would recommend then to uninstall and reinstall the game see if that corrects it.

its only been happening since the last update (being september), could this be a component issue inside the console, or an update bug? i have talked to support who cnat seem to give me a reason for it, offered advance exchange but i have no credit card and
they do not accept debit cards. plus i got destiny and cod coming in these next months so dont want to really send it off for repair, wait ages and then receive a new one with a blank hard drive and no saved game progress. in a sticky sittuation here!!!

Sorry to hear about the display issues. I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted.

Please give the following steps a try:

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One for 10 seconds.
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
• Power on your console and check to see if the issue is continuing to occur.
• If the issue continues, try plugging your HDMI cord into a different HDMI port on your TV if possible.

Unfortunately I have exhausted all troubleshooting steps. Im going to contact ms support today before my last resort is to send it off. The day my destiny arrives bad times im not sure whether put it down to a system update issue, as it happened around
the same time as the september update. it never has done itrepu before. Ive tried it on another tv and the problem persists. Looking like its gonna have to have a journey to the service shop in another country for 7 to 14 days. Ive seen a similar problem on
another post but mine is not nearly as bad as this one. Just wonder if it will develop or get worse. please heeeeelp! im so gutted
