Flashing static screen

I have Xbox One X and Samsung 1080p monitor and sometimes after playing for few hours when i turn monitor off then i see flashing static picture few times and after this xbox start working as usual. After this its happening almost every time when i turn
monitor off then on. Also it happens if i turning xbox off then immediately turn on from instant on mode. Rebooting console solves problem but not completly. I've tried different hdmi cable but it doesn't fix this. Help me please i want to know if this console
hardware problem or probably this is my old monitor.

Red light only on new games???

Forgot to add: One flashing red light in the 4th quadrant indicates a hardware failure. It's odd there was no error code, as usually with one light there is. Is the screen black, or is it static? Try disconnecting and reconnecting power cords.

the easiest way to determine if it's the console or the monitor would be to connect the console to a different Monitor or TV and see if the same thing happens, if the same thing happens then it's the console, if it doesn't happen then it's most likely the
monitor.
