Flashing Green Light and console does not work

When i try to turn on the console , the central green light switches to on and off constantly with the other four LEDs off and the console does not output vidoe or audio signal . Please Help

Hassassinade is correct, your console will sync cloud storage saves in a low power mode after you turn your console off.

It works similar to the background downloads and you'll see a
Flashing green light on your Xbox console power button.

 

Also the xbox does not have a disk drive , it's a xbox 360 slim 4gb model

 

How does it not have a disc drive? Eject your disc drive, then turn the console on. You can also try to reset your video settings.

 

the disk drive is broken [Mod Removed - Please do not discuss self-repair on these forums. See Forum Guidelines.] .i just tested the xbox with the av cable and it booted up . the hdmi hat a problem but the led still flashes.
