    A format performed by either the 360 console or any version of the Xbox One is not compatible with PC's.

    Once a flash drive has been formatted for use on the console, you would have to reformat it for use on the PC, and vice versa. If you reformatted it for use on the PC it would have removed the files. Xbox files are not meant to be seen by a PC and moved
    between the 2.

    Unless you had them backed up somewhere else, there's no legit way of getting them back.
