Flamethrower boost derogatory comment?

Hello, I recently received a communication ban for 7 days due to derogatory remarks/homophobic slurs. I believe I have been falsely banned for using the word "Flamethrower Boost". I have the black flamethrower boost and in an effort to trade it I offered
it to other players. When I posted on the looking for group that was the first time I was made aware that the word is not allowed but its the name of the Boost! If you put a space between "flame thrower" it no longer is considered inappropriate. Could this
be fixed since the name of the boost is actually called flamethrower boost?

Unfair Ban

My Gamer Tag is . I have great rep and over 7 years of faithful service. Literally on my B Day 10/8 I was banned from communication services due to homophobic slurs. I did not use foul language. There is in item in Rocket League called "Flamethrower
Boost" and I messaged the item multiple times not knowing it is considered derogatory. I have already submitted a case review and been denied but I cannot contact the person who did the review to explain the situation.

I did submit a case review amd I was rold they are very thorough and can take up to a week even. But, in as little as 3 hours it was denied immediately and I want to know if there is a term I am using that is considered derogatory. For instance, I did not
know this but I have an item in the game Rocket League called "black flamethrower boost". I messaged the item to players multiple times in an effort to trade it only to be informed that they do not tolerate that kind of language. I think we can all agree this
must be a glitch or something because it is not a homophobic slur-just an item!

No but your message had derogatory words/comments aimed at the other person. Therefore it violates the code of conduct.

Yes it was most likely black mail that he could not actually carry through, you're right. My main concern is that the word "flamethrower"boost triggered my violation of using homophobic slurs. I did not even shorten the word to flamer boost so I am confused.
Plus, a 7 day suspension greatly effects the service I faithfully pay every year.

gamer is liable to be 35+
