Fixing Xbox Rewards Account

Hello I have followed the steps outlined here in my previous post:

Deposit not working, getting "Attention Needed" message.

I have followed the steps for opting out then re-opting in. After waiting for more than 48 hours i don't see the ??? yet. Should I just go ahead and re-enroll anyways?

It looks like the re-opting in process is just finished now, can you please credit my account with the pending rewards that were on my previous account which should be 16,500 credits.

Question about rewards

Happy New year everyone

I'm new to the reward program as I'm a new Xbox one owner I made a lot of purchases in the Xbox store but I'm not seeing any credit reflected in the rewards account

I'm unsure how to go about fixing this

After investigating your account, it looks like you are correctly opted out of the program. We'll opt you back in manually. This will cause your MyDashboard page (Xbox Live Rewards)
to show a notice that we are currently in the registration process, and require two days to get your account set up. Once this notice goes away, and you can see a recent join by date on your MyRewards page, let us know with a new post! We'll verify that your
account regions are now matching, and start up the transfer of any old pending Credits.
