Fixing XB1 Reputation On 360

I understand clearly that the whole reputation system on Xbox One works a lot differently than 360s. I know that getting players to prefer me on 360 won't get me out of Reputation: Avoid me any faster but does that mean my XB1 rep will be unaffected when
I simply finish matches (not sending messages or getting any signs of bad reports) on a backwards compatibility game like Call of Duty: Black Ops? And how long it takes Reputation to ease off of Avoid me, to Needs work & back to Good player if you do nothing
but wait? I'm currently in Reputation: Avoid me for the 2nd time starting June 14th, 2017. The first time took me about a month to get back to Needs work (doing basically absolutely nothing because I was using another account at the time) And I'm assuming
this time may take at least 3 months, hopefully sooner because I'm playing a decent amount of CoD Black Ops per day. But again, I don't know if these games count towards my Reputation because it's backwards compatibility and technically not Xbox One.





Question 1: Do Xbox 360 Games Benefit Your Reputation Score For Xbox One?

Question 2: Is It Possible To "Wait Out" Your Bad Rep From Avoid Me To Needs Work Etc?

Achievements not popping up on my Xbox One???

I had played Xbox One a short time this week because Achievements not popping which is why I avoid Xbox One lots moment. I fed up with XB1 problems. I got few problems with Xbox 360 but Achievements system doing my head in because so many problems with it
which is why stop me to using XB1 and play games on it.

I spent Wii U and PS3 more moment until Microsoft addressed everything for XB1. I loved XB1 yeah but system need to have large fixing. Bugged system. Lol

 

REPUTATION system is Totally Broken or Bugged!

ohhh yes... this is really nice i checked my Reputation Status at enforcement site at Reputation and now on July my REPUTATION figures back to GREEN! but... yea always theres a but... but... on my PROFILE on the CONSOLE (XB1) i am still on RED (AVOID ME)
how can be possible? Any clue?

Reputation is like what it is in real life

Other players opinion of you

Not.yours

Not.comminicating with your team.id a reputation report you do realize that right)

Communicating badly also is one

Play well and communicate well like 99.9% of live and you won't have issues it's really not that hard

There is more open matches on Xbox one then Xbox 360

So you will get more good scores then bad on Xbox one faster due to free online open matches neverwinter or.startrek online or world.of.tanks.or paid games like elder scrolls online or any open matches like battlefield gamerather then matchmakings
