    Minecraft is telling me that I am unable to play multi-player because of my Microsoft settings. I have gone and changed everything to allow and it is still saying themulti-player? I'm not sure what to do???

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    If you have already managed your account settings it may mean that the issue is with the subscription.

    If I may ask, do you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate? Because an active Xbox Live Gold subscription is required to play an online multiplayer game such as Minecraft.

    To check, follow the steps below:

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.
