    Hello,

    Just wanted to share this fix for Blue Dragon on Xbox. It’s an older, lesser-known game, but still great. I had no music — no background music, no battle music, nothing — and couldn’t find a working solution online.

    Here’s what finally worked — most likely the cache clear step did the trick.

    How I knew it was fixed:

    The main menu music finally played — and of course, also the in-game and battle music.

    Steps I took:

    1. First Install

     + Installed game (with NG+, dungeon, 6-item DLC)

     – No music

    2. Tried Fixes

     + Uninstalled & reinstalled with DLC

     + Changed voice language to English

     + Closed and reopened game

     – Loaded save: still no music

    3. What Worked (Cache Clear)

     + Uninstalled game

     + Reinstalled

     + Fully shut down Xbox (held power button 10 sec, or via menu)

     + Unplugged power cord for 30 sec

     + Plugged back in, turned on Xbox

     + Launched game

    Music was back — in the menu, in-game, and during fights.

    Hope this helps others dealing with the same issue!

    I'm having a related problem. My games, Xbox Music etc... sound fine. However, when using Xbox Video, Netflix etc... I can't hear any voices. I can hear background noises and music, but no voices.

    Barry White sounds like a touchy grandpa..His voice sounds like it could be the same as the DEVIL. The only music that gets me in the mood is "Big Band" music. Kinda crap you hear at a state fair in the 30's.

    Xbox Series S Audio Passthrough is still broken and it doesn't work for Netflix.

    I have the same issue on my Xbox Series X. Audio passthrough works perfectly fine with Disney+, Amazon Prime and Plex. When it comes to Netflix, it doesn't activate passthrough creating audio problems while playing Atmos content. The titles display Dolby Atmos, but there is no voice, only background music and sounds are played.
