To update your billing address:
Sign in to the Microsoft account you want to update.
To enter
Go to Payment & Billing and select Address Book. You can add or edit billing and delivery addresses here.
Note To change your default billing address, you may need to add a new address and then set it as your new default address.
To update a payment option:
Sign in to the Microsoft account you want to update.
To enter
Go to Payment & Billing and select Payment Options. You can add or edit payment options here.

I purchased it form Verizon and I have the same issue. How long did MS take to fix the warranty issue?

If all your warranties are out (I.E. Any form of return warranties), you can try to find either a local tech repair store or find a site in which you can ship it in for repair (Option One is the safer option). Usually system repair stores can do wonders
as they've helped fix issues with some of my systems that had an expired warranty.

I'm truly sorry to hear that you had such a frustrating experience. Can you tell us exactly what form you were filling out just so we can be sure that the option gets the attention it needs? Is it the Online Service Center form?

Just to confirm, have you also checked your spam and junk folders just in case you received the shipping label there?

If it's not there, please update your shipping/billing address on account.microsoft.com > Payment and Billing > address book.

Once you're done, contact Xbox Support to request a shipping label. They can also cancel and re-create your service order for you if needed as part of their workarounds. You can contact them through this link:
