    What Xbox 360 game are you trying to play?

    What Xbox console do you have?

    Is this happening only with this game or if you try a different one the issue persist?

    And what did you tried so far to fix this problem

    I agree it's nothing to do with your providers but Power Cycling (Holding power button) is not a guaranteed fix.

    In saying your ISP is not the problem the problem is best resolved by going through the settings on their product (your router). It is a compatibility issue with the Xbox One and you must use the router to rectify that.
