Back in January I paid for a month of Gold thru the store on my Xbox1. Lo and behold when I get back home today after being gone for over a month to find out Mircosoft has been charging me every month since.

This is BS! I only wanted 1 month of service not 3!

You ads for gold thru Xbox1 did not state that I had to go here to this website to turn off your stupid auto renew and not be charged for more that what I wanted!

Next time I'll be using a prepaid card, because this false advertising and it needs to stop.

No I kind of agree. I paid $24.99 for a 3 month xbox live gold membership, I played it for a month and a half, and didn't play for a while after that. 2 or 3 months later when I go to play online, its says my gold membership ran out. Its *** up that they
charge you when you're not even using your xbox. I payed for 3 months of gold, only used 1 and a half, and even when I wasn't playing they were taking time off my membership. They should only charge and deduct your membership when you are playing. I bought
3 months of gold membership, I deserve 3 months of gold membership. So time of the xbox gold membership should only be taken off when you're logged in.

my gold membership is not working on my xbox live i just paid this month i am on monthly and have been woth xbox fop a long time i need that fixed asap

It tells you that your sub will auto renew when you buy gold.

Hardly Microsofts fault if you didn't read that or check your credit/debit card statements is it?

I currently have about three months of xbox live gold paid, so what happens if i try to do the 3 months of game pass ultimate for $1? Will it screw me over and convert my gold to less time as ultimate? When the trial is up, if i don’t want to continue,
can i even go back to just standard live gold, or is it going to try to convert every prepaid gold card i activate to ultimate? Im wanting some answers here before i try it, just don’t want to ruin my gold membership for good.

It will say your gold is expired but it will be fine because gpu is gold
