    I have been playing COD: Ghost for months now, but suddenly when it loads on Xbox one, it shows the Man's face with the ski mask, then goes to a black screen where it says syncing data, then it becomes all black screen and goes no further which seems like
    eternity. I had to switch the game off eventually. I tried calling activision support line on the phone but was on hold for 1 1/2 hrs so had to hang up. I rang Microsoft support and they said try uninstalling and re-installing. They said if that doesn't work
    then to call activision. I tried unistalling and re-installing the game; also had the shop give me a new disk then uninstall and re-install but still no fix.

    Just tried the fix suggested by these helpful people's post and it works. Many thanks for that you guys.

    As for Activision, please don't give a support line that keeps repetitively saying my call is important when it seems you don't mean it. 1 and 1/2 hrs on hold!!! Would probably be longer if I didn't hang up. Unbelievable!!!!!

    Seriously broken, Fix it. Worked before.

    Ya, see I can use YouTube in other means on my T.V., which is also hooked up to my receiver. I just find your over all experience with this iteration of the app intolerable. You should be forced to remove this pathetic experience from the xbox until you
    can at least make it work like it used to. It worked before like I said, it worked well. Now its just a sorry mess, I feel an irresistible urge to teach the person who made these changes everything my step dad taught me. You probably hide from your own
    boss everytime they come around. So I doubt we can ever get that personal so, how bout you just fix it.

    TIME WARNER FIX! What worked for me.

    unplug your xbox one for a minute, and plug it back in and reboot it. That was likely the fix.

    Make sure to log in with your GT before going into Ghost, helps too.
