Fix this on the web

Yesterday I tried to hop on Xbox, but I wasn't logged in to any account. Already that's suspicion cause I'm always logged in as soon as I get on.

- I proceed to click on my main account and enter the correct logic passwords/username.

- I then received "Fix this on the web....There's a problem with your account. Fix it at account.live.com, then come back to sign in.

- I then go to the web and attempt to lug. Insert all my info and after I press submit after entering the password the screen reloads itself countless times.

- I then get an error message saying the server has detected to many repeated authentications.

I've attempted to log on to my account online on many different devices and to no success.

I've tried resetting my Xbox and I've even un added my account and tried to log back in but when I try to add it I get the same "fix on web...." message as before.

I'm currently writing this on a burner account since u have to be logged in to access any support on Microsoft's website and well that's the issue.

This is really frustrating cause I called Xbox support and they were useless and I can't find anyone online with this same issue. Like bruh I just want to play some halo infinite this weekend.

Has anyone had this issue, if they can provide any tips or ways I can solve this that would greatly apprised. Thanks

just to be sure, have you logged in at
http://account.microsoft.com for all the profiles/accounts that you own and trying to log in to?

When logged into that link, be sure to validate if all information is correct and up to date, like payment option details, subscriptions etc.

If you can login there, also check if you can login at
http://account.xbox.com

If both work fine, then you should be ablet o download and use the profile on the console.

As alternate thing to check, be sure to run the Network check on the console to see if that shows any issues.
