Fix this on the web issue

I was playing my Xbox 1 and went on to Fortnite. I used my account and then tried to play Co-op with my sis. We used her account and a sign popped up saying, "There's a problem with your account. Fix it at account.live.com, then come back to sign in." As I look on y'all guy's website, I found nothing to help. Could you help me with this issue?

Lemme guess you are using chrome or safari?

Thats the issue

Chrome has a lot of issues wirh fb fb games multiple forums etc

Its best to use w3g compliant browsers like firefox or edge though edge is based on chromium it still beats chrome in benchmarks especially on java script

I'll recommend you do a power cycle to clear the system cache

- Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 2 minutes.

- Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on and check if it's all good.
