    FIX THIS GAME--IT NEVER WORKS ANYMORE


    This game keeps freezing and crashing and has been doing so for WEEKS. I notice there are a LOT of experiencing this same issue. I have done EVERYTHING that has been suggested or is in your FAQs. NOTHING changes and it is well over a MONTH that
    this is happening. I even tried the live chat feature and even THAT doesn't work. Sloppy, sloppy work here, Microsoft, and a total disregard of these complains. I have lost over 200,000 "gold" in resetting and reinstalling it. I have to now "purchase"
    all the puzzles AGAIN to work them, and then I can't go more than about 20 seconds before it freezes again or crashes. It is unprofessional and you MS folks seem to be indifferent to our complaints. FIX THE DAMN GAME, WILL YOU????????

    Hey, everybody. DON'T pay real cash to upgrade since apparently, Microsoft doesn't give a rat's behind how many and how often it doesn't work. Save your money.

    I saw that Microsoft is transferring Groove Music to Spotify Premium, and because I have a premium account I was wondering if it will still work.

    Get your friend to invite you to a game. That is the only working fix.

    Treyarch does not support that game anymore and it is not likely that a patch will be rolled out.

    As stated, as long as you're signed into the profile that purchased the games, you'll be able to download them. If you were playing games that you got through Games with Gold, you won't be able to play them without an Xbox Live Gold subscription.

    You're gonna want to be on the account that had purchased the game. If you made a new account and don't have the login for the other one, then you simply can't get those games back and it would also sound like they are way out of their refund timeframe.

    You may need gold for some titles as some titles are online only, its often times that those games that are really multiplayer heavy are.

    If you can't figure it out or don't have access to anything and you have gold/are on the right account contact customer support, they're the professionals.
