Fix this at account.live.com but no info on what to fix

"I just figure it out. you actually have to go to a computer and log into account (account.microsoft.com). Its probably because your account is locked. You have to follow the prompts to unlock your account."

Trying to play a game. Impossible. There is a message saying that There's is a problem with your account. Fix it at account.live.com How? No guidance in there

Can't sign into to Xbox app, can't play games live.

Did you try to log into your microsoft account associated with your windows live id? If not I'm pretty sure adding the correct info on the microsoft security proofs will fix the problem

Thats if you know your microsoft account, if not then I dont know what else you could do but call support.

If you sign in at account.live.com it will pop up a box and tell you what you need to do to fix this issue.

Sadly not. When attempting to log into my account on the xbox I'm getting the following message:

There's a problem with your account. Fix it at account.live.com then come back to sign in.

However, there's nothing on that link or the xbox to explain what the problem is or how to fix it.
