    Xbox App crashes on launch on Windows 10

    You can get the beta app by searching "Xbox Beta" in the Windows 10 Store. This app should work until the main app is fixed. I'm not sure what's wrong with the main app, but you're far from the only one reporting issues; the other people having problems
    all reported that the Xbox Beta app worked fine, so use that in the interim.

    I suggest you to upgrade to Windows 1909 that fixes a lot of things and have better compatibility with Xbox Beta (PC) App.

    The Sorry Partner error can be fixed by changing your DNS settings in Windows to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

    To change the default install you need to uninstall the beta app, change your Windows default drive install settings, then re-install the beta app again.

    i had the same issue the fix that i found was to go to the windows store and search xbox beta. dl the beta app and run your xbox through that. It works side by side with the xbox app so there is no worries about having both on your win 10 pc. Hope this helps

    Are you using the Xbox Beta app to install Gears 5? You need to use the Xbox Beta app, not the Windows Store app.
