Fix The System Fix The Friends list we can't add people Error Message!

Since last update can't add friends, they can add us we get error message due to crappy update bugs.

100s of us have Same issue! Does this sound like us gamers and Xbox fanatics don't know what we are doing, like this is an issue on our end? Many of us are much more tech savvy than engineers at Microsoft..I have been paying for Xbox Live for over 10years
now, Microsoft cut the crap none of this started happening until your last software update!! Patch it and give us a fix, nothing works the app the website nor the Xbox One, can't add new friends can't delete old friends and re add can't do anything and being
a competitive gamer and always having new guys to team up with and go against I can't add them to see if they are online or communicate with them. Yes we have all done the troubleshooting! We have reset our connections we have shut the Xbox off 100 times we
have change do privacy settings back and forth, the issue is on your side since last update for console has been happening for days, let's fix this now!! Fix or pay me back for 10years of live service

Fix The Add Friends

Still get error message when trying to add friends, did not get this issue until last update on console please fix!

I'm sorry to see any frustrations around adding friends. We are aware of a situation where users are unable to do this, and have been actively investigating it. I can assure you that this issue is not related to the update, even though correlation would
bring up that conclusion.

Once we have more information on our end, I will be sure to post back here with the updates. I appreciate your patience!

I surely hope so, I just hate when this gets brought up over and over it's acted like it's on the gamers/costimers end like we don't know what we are doing. I have seen the posts over and over and never a real answer , I have had live for over 10yeara and
this just started happening and yes we all been through the troubleshooting phase and hard starting the xbox and trying the apps and web browser but it's same error message yes we have all restarted our internet connections, yes our NAT types are open yes
all our privacy settings are open, it's a bug in the system that just came from no where and would be nice to get it fixed on the system end instead of blaming the consumer. Please keep us updated and please PUT SOMETHING OUT THERE ANE SOME TIME OF NOTICE
TO THE XBOX USERS... There will constantly be posts asking what is going on and people seeking information and answers and a fix don't hide it. Thanks keep us posted..
