FIX THE PROFILE SHOWCASE!

everything in my showcase has dessapeared, i looked in the internet and forums to check what it was, and it seems this prooblem has been ocuring since november, come on its been 3 to 4 months and theres no fix yet? please fix it!

Profile Showcase

Hey guys, didnt know where to put this post so. This also my be me being dumb but I can only see the most recently added screenshot or achievement ive put into my showcase. I also cant scroll through them either.

Xbox One Showcase feature not working

This feature was working fine in early access, and after it went live for me. Today when I went to update my profile pic to the Year One pic I noticed my showcase was empty? I went in and added a few achievement images and each time it said 'added to showcase'.
I went back to my profile and it still showed my showcase as empty?

Hey there, Renato EFDV! I'm very sorry to see that showcase isn't working! The issues that happened a few months ago have since been resolved, so let's see what you are running into.

Let's start with just simply power cycling your console, as this helps resolve most issues that users run into. Please hold the power button on your console for about 8 seconds, until it shuts off. Let it sit for a couple minutes, and then turn it back on.

If that doesn't help you out, please remove your profile and then download it again to your Xbox One.

Let me know if those help you out! We'll see if we can get the showcase working for you again.

Hey bud!

As far as I know, a showcased clip isn't really that hard of a fix. Showcase is there for you to be able to show of your more impressive clips on your profile as you might know. If xbox has added a random clip to your profile...It isn't that hard to change
it.

Just go in to your video gallery and select a new one or I am pretty sure you can do it straight through your profile.

My showcase is not working. It says it full but wont show any of the clips or screen shots. So I don't know what I have in my showcase. I have some great clips that I want to show but I cant. Does anyone know how to fix this?

It's really annoying because adding things to the showcase isn't exactly a swift process only to have that time wasted. Why does the 360 still feel like the overall better console still?

I've had the same problem of not being able to view what is in my showcase as well. Anything I add will not display in the showcase and it will appear empty. I've noticed this problem for about 2 weeks now. My friend's showcase works perfectly fine, however.
