    FIX THE DASHBOARD


    For the luv of all sanity please return the old dashboard! I Like most the new stuff but the whole EXTRA STEP TO REACH THE DASHBOARD CAUSES LAG IN MANY GAMES! FALLOUT SHELTER IS A GR8 EXAMPLE! sometimes hiting the xbox button in that game freezes it for
    30sec. then continues the game never bringing up the guide @ all!

    Then when you get to DASHBOARD: THE MAIN WINDOW IS GONE! NOT ONLY THAT BUT FOR SOM REASON THE WALKING DEAD GAME IS PERMANENTLY READY TO LAUNCH RIGHT THER @ THE TOP NO MATTER WHAT I PLAY!!

    STOP TRYING TO REINVENT SOMETHING YOUR FANS ALREADY LIKE or U may turn them to competitors who are more stable. I'm NOT ALONE! I'VE READ THE FEEDS 1000's THOUSANDS 1000's are unhappy PLEASE DON'T IGNORE US! .

    Should have added the options to customize the dashboard.

    Yeah, I really want more dashboard options. As I mentioned in another post, it seems as if Microsoft kinda rushed development for the XB1 in order to get it out the door before Christmas. The dashboard especially seems very rushed and not intuitive as it should be. Not sure why they drastically changed it from the 360. Hoping MS is in the process of fixing this.

    Tomb Raider on Xbox 1 and game resume problem.

    Happened to me once. A cold reboot fixed it.

    After that one time I was careful to let the console sit at dashboard for about 10 seconds before resuming TR. Ever since then the audio hasn't had a problem. My theory is that the console is having trouble switching the audio from app/dashboard to 'game' too quickly.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the Xbox One dashboard. Unfortunately, it is not possible to completely remove all of the features that you mentioned, as they are integral parts of the Xbox One experience. However, you can customize your dashboard to some extent by removing or rearranging tiles. To do this, simply press the Menu button on your controller while highlighting a tile, and select "Remove from Home" or "Move to front." Additionally, you can try using the "Focus" mode, which hides all but the currently selected tile. To activate this mode, press the Xbox button on your controller, then navigate to the "System" tab and select "Settings." From there, choose "Preferences," then "Xbox Assist & search," and finally "Focus."
