    can u plz fix the page to get a case revieuw.like its not bad enough i get a 2 weeks ban for no reason,i cant even apply for a case revieuw since it keeps returning me to the enforcment home page telling me u are blockd.

    Unable to file case review.

    I am getting very frustrated. At EVERY page related to account suspensions say I can submit a case review. Yet I CANT!!!

    I just got suspended falsely for the 2nd time. XBOX FIX THIS NOW.

    Rewards credits not redeeming

    My xbox live rewards credits are not being added to my account. According to the rewards page my region is set to singapore but this is not the case. Is there a way to fix this?

    The site is working fine.

    Try a different web browser.

    You don't get suspended for "no reason".

    An email was sent to the address telling you why you were suspended.

    2 weeks either means it's not your first suspension or whatever you did was quite severe.

    its true i did recieve an e mail.it only sais there has bin a violation.thats it.and it is my first suspension.i have had a communication ban be4 but not a total ban.on the enforcment site i saw it was due to harassment..... like i dont even know what i
    would have done that people think i'm harassing them.it has become so far i dont even dare to respond to messages cause i would end up with another com ban or now this.in fact if anybody is being harassed it's me.only in a way that i cant prove that.like ppl
    sending 25 spam invites after i got in the same game as them.even tho i'm not even that good i just have a higher lvl then most.

    ow and i try'd diffrent browsers and stil nothing...think microsoft is trolling on me now so they deserve a 2 week ban...i mean fair is fair
