Fix the black screen console issue, NOW

Looks like were going to have to get a class action suit going.

I'm not pressing 13 buttons, pressing 3 more, doing this, doing that, unplug this, unplug that. It isn't working.

You bricked our consoles, now fix it, you have till Wednesday, or i start one up. With covid, and people staying home, Lawyers are begging for anything they can find. And with Xbox actually bricking our consoles with an update that clearly was not tested, and doing NOTHING to fix it on their end,we have a slam dunk.

The fact that you have done NOTHING about this, but give out false info(unplug console for 30 seconds, LOLOLOL), just adds even more proof of failure. I have all screen shots and continue to keep adding. Thank you community mods and actual Xbox assistance people for giving me more evidence.

I believe the temporary fix reference, is the fact that it works for now but likely later you will need to do it again. Until xbox fixes the issue that is causing the black screen, this is the best fix we have, but it would be nice if a permanent fix came
out that fixed the black screen issue so it never occurs again. That would be a permanent fix.

Most of the black screen issues have been fixed by turning off the console and unplugging it for about 30 seconds.

What is the exact issue you're having? If you break it down in detail, perhaps we can figure out if there's a fix, or if your console is faulty.

I'm not getting any "lag-black screen-lag-black screen" issues, but that description is a bit vague.

I really hope this fixes the black hole glitch. The wording is a little weird and there's other black screen crash issues out there. People on BSN are holding their breath though. Thanks for the heads up Arkham I kinda gave up checking.
