    Fix the audio issues already Microsoft!


    For over a month now there has been low audio issues on the Xbox One. When it first started, I thought my headphones were faulty. But it appears other people are experiencing it. For over a month Microsoft have said they are 'aware' of audio issues, so why
    isn't anything being done about it?

    I am not a software engineer, so there might be a very good reason why this is not being fixed, but I just can't understand why it is so complicated.

    It almost looks as though Microsoft have no intention of fixing this, and are just waiting for people to forget about it, or get used to the volume issues.

    It is unacceptable for issues to continue this long, and I am asking for it to be fixed, and if it can't be fixed, I'm asking for an explanation as to what is taking so long, thank you.

    How's the XB1 as a Bluray player?

    I was also experiencing the audio sync issue but disabling 24Hz mode has worked as a temporary fix until Microsoft push out an update.

    Thinking of Buying X1 for TV features

    Don't do it. Multiple issues with audio and video and there is not a timeframe fix available from Microsoft. Just read the live tv forums.

    Xbox One S Controller on PC - horrible audio quality

    Microsoft issued a statement that audio through the 3.5 audio port on the controller will NOT work with Bluetooth. That's the reason for the bad audio quality. I would wait on it and see if a future uupdate fixes this issue.

    TEMPORARY FIX:

    I had the same issue - Go to your XBOX ONE settings > Audio & Display. Change your audio to STEREO.

    You will now hear the voices from all the characters in the game. Not sure if it's a bug on the XBOX or an issue with the HDMI cable but, this solved the issue for me until a real fix can be applied by either an Update from Microsoft or changing the HDMI
    cable.
